Cohiba Siglo De Oro Year of the Rabbit

The Cohiba Siglo de Oro is the fourth instalment from Habanos s.a. to honour a Chinese lunar New Year, a series which began with the release of the Romeo y Julieta Maravillas No.8 (Year of the Rat).

Packaged in 18-count boxes, the Cohiba Siglo de Oro measures 4 1/2 inches by 54 ring gauge and limited to 18,888 boxes. Presented in a stunning, ornate, bevelled box printed with the words “Year of the Rabbit” as well as a stylized logo signifying Línea 1492’s 30th anniversary. Each box includes an NFC chip affixed to the inner lid, allowing users to scan the box with their phone for instant authentication. This is the first time a Cuban cigar box has included NFC technology.

Every cigar is dressed with the classic Cohiba band with an extra one on the foot, denoting Year of the Rabbit.
