How to buy cigars online for worldwide delivery? Online Cigars is proud to ship all over the world from our warehouse in Switzerland. We get asked a lot about the process of buying cigars online and how the cigars then reach our customers - so here’s a walkthrough of our process.
Please note: We do not ship to certain countries, these are not displayed at the checkout.
1. Choose which cigars you want to order
Select from our large range of authentic Habanos Cuban and World cigars and add them to your basket. Once decided, click your basket and select your shipping option.
2. Select how you want your cigars shipped
Express Shipping (Free on orders over £100 for most countries) Your order will be sent in packages containing a maximum of 3 or 4 cigar boxes, each on their own tracking number, via Swiss Post Airmail. Final delivery will be with the local post service (eg. Royal Mail in the UK). Once the parcel has left us, it is out of our control and in the hands of the post network.
PostPac Shipping This option is available for all countries, and is the only option for some countries (which you'll see at checkout). Your order will be sent on one tracking number, regardless of quantity. Your parcel is handled by Swiss Post together with TNT. The service in terms of transportation is with TNT Trucks and Aeroplanes and final delivery can be is usually with the local courier service through the post network (eg. Parcel Force in the UK). We have no control over who the parcel is passed onto for final delivery.

3. Select your Payment Method
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Union pay, WeChat, Alipay, Bank Transfer, or Bitcoin. UK Customers can buy cigars with Klarna. If you struggle to complete your payment, just select Payment Link and we will send you a link to complete your purchase.
Once payment is accepted, our team will process your order for dispatch. We carefully select your cigars from our climate controlled walk-in humidor in Switzerland. We vacuum seal each box along with a Boveda humidity pouch to ensure your cigars arrive in perfect condition. Within 48 hours of your order being accepted, your cigars will be dispatched. You'll receive your tracking information by email.
5. Your cigars reach you
Your order should reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. We recommend leaving them to rest in a humidor for approximately the same amount of time they have been in transit. Once they're well rested, take one out, sit back and enjoy. Also, please don't forget to leave a 5* review on Trust Pilot. Happy smoking!
All cigars are shipped from our bonded warehouse in Switzerland. Your cigars will pass through the relevant port authorities and customs departments to reach you. This does sometimes lead to delays, depending on the rules in your particular country. Occasionally an additional fee will be payable to the relevant customs authority in order for your product to clear customs. This is always a result of your country’s regulations, and not something we control. Customers are liable for costs incurred due to customs in their home country. We will of course always assist you as best we can and if you require any extra information or assistance please contact our team. We successfully ship cigars all over the world and we will always do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly and easily as possible.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (e.g. rejected by Customs and incomplete address) then we charge a reshipping fee of £40 per parcel.
Shipment is by Express Air courier with approximately 10 days delivery to your door anywhere in the world. Occasionally, delays completely beyond our control, may occur. Select Postpac International Priority for an even faster service.
Once your cigars have cleared customs, they will be shipped straight to you using the local courier service. We take the greatest care of your order and ensure it arrives as quickly, smoothly and safely as possible. We always put our customers first and keep you informed throughout the process. In the very unlikely case that your order does not reach you within two months, providing customs have not seized the parcel pending fees to be paid, we will of course refund you. Please Note: All requests to mis-declare, or undervalue shipments will be rejected. Please do not purchase from us if you intend on making similar requests. All selling prices will be stated on the customs declaration.
