Throughout its history, the brand has been through numerous ownership changes. The brand was finally bought by the Cifuentes family, where production was moved to the famous Partagas factory. Here, Ramon Allones cigars are still made to this day.
Cuban made Ramon Allones cigars are medium to full strength in body, the blend sharing some of the characteristics of the Partagas. All the sizes are filled with a blend of filler and binder tobaccos from the Vuelta Abajo region, characterised by their intense and complex taste. They are typically enjoyed by more experienced cigar smokers due to their strength and the history behind them. Although it is one of the smaller cigar brands, being the oldest still in production makes it popular among fans of Cuban cigars.
