La Gloria Cubana 35 Aniversario

If you're familiar with Cuban cigars, you might raise an eyebrow at the idea of a 35th anniversary edition for La Gloria Cubana—a brand that’s actually 140 years old. The celebration, however, isn’t for the brand itself, but for 35 years of Cuba’s Casa del Habano retail franchise, now a global fixture in the cigar world. To mark the occasion, Cuba is releasing large torpedo-shaped cigars—measuring 7 1/8 by 54, known as Rodolfos in Cuban terms—housed in special commemorative humidors. Each humidor will hold 35 cigars, and only 750 of these humidors are being produced.
