The San Cristobal de la Habana Harimau Malaya Regional Edition 2021 is the first ever regional Habanos for Malaysia. The Harimau is a Montesco vitola which measures 5 1/8 inches (130mm) long with a ring gauge of 55 - The same as a Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchills. It gets its name from the national mascot of Malaysia, a specific type of tiger that is native to the Malay peninsula and is featured on the outer box.
The Virtual Global Launch of this San Cristóbal de La Habana Harimau Malaya was hosted on April 8th, 2021, via Zoom.
These Habanos are produced “Totalmente a Mano con Tripa Larga”- Totally handmade with long filler, using exclusively selected leaves from the Vuelta Abajo* plantations, Pinar del Río*, Cuba*.
